GeoDirectory Options – Setup Tutorials
1. Geo Directory Options
More point and click options for GeoDirectory. Show profile tabs by listing owner or non-listing owner. Users can choose any category they want to display.

This section introduces additional customization options in GeoDirectory.

You can display profile tabs depending on whether the user is a listing owner or not.

Users are also able to select any category they wish to display.
2. Required Plugin
Both plugins are required to use GeoDirectory Options correctly. Ensure that these plugins are installed and activated before proceeding with setup.

3. Basic Setup
This setup explains how to enable and configure the Date of Birth (DOB) field in GeoDirectory. Once enabled, new custom fields related to age information will be available.
4.Enable DOB Field?
To enable the advanced fieldset feature:

Go to your WordPress dashboard.

Navigate to wpapps → geodirectory → Enable DOB Field?

Activate the toggle to Enable DOB Field?.
5.Custom Fields
Go to your CPT, select Settings, and add Custom Fields. Once enabled, new custom fields will appear, including Age (perk), Age Range (perk), and Age Astro.

Navigate to your Custom Post Type (CPT) settings.

Under Settings, locate the Custom Fields section.

When enabled, the following new fields appear:

Age (perk)

Age Range (perk)

Age Astro

These fields let listing owners include and display age-related data dynamically.
6. Add Listing
This shows the DOB field as displayed on the frontend Add Listing page.

When users add a new listing, the DOB field will appear on the submission form.

This allows direct entry of birth date information on the frontend.
7. Edit Listing
Afterward, you can fill in and edit these fields directly on the Add Listing page.

Listing owners can update their DOB, age range, or astro details anytime.

Edits are instantly reflected in the live listing display.
