The terms “you,” refer to all individuals and other persons who access or use our services, including, without limitation, any companies, organizations, or other legal entities that register accounts or otherwise access or use the services through their respective employees, agents, or representatives.
1. Wp Consult
1.1 Expiration
Your purchased prepaid hours active period is 30 days starting from your purchasing date. If you have remaining prepaid hours after 30 days of your last payment, your remaining hours will be expired and you can not retrieve them back. You should purchase another block of hours if you still need our service. If you repurchase a block of hours before the expiration date, your expiration date will be rolled back.
2.1 Service Policy
We don’t accept any fixed price project/tasks, all works we do are based on an estimate we made.
3.1 Warranty
We do not provide a money-back guarantee for all hours that have been purchased.
2. Plugin Purchase
2.1 Plugin Licensing and Support
All wpapps plugins license is granted for one year and its purpose is for updates only. Support is not provided for sold plugins if the plugins are not compatible with your site.
All wpapps plugins are sold and distributed “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.

2.2 Plugin Delivery
All plugins are all billed yearly unless stated otherwise. After you purchase the plugin, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information after we have processed your payment. You can then directly download the plugin that you have been purchased on the My Account menu.
If a license key expires, you will not be able to use it until such time as the license key is renewed.
Should you not receive an email containing your information or if there’s a problem with the license expiration date, you can contact us through https://wpapps.press/f/support/.
2.3 Updates
Updates on all wpapps plugins will happen periodically or anytime needed. If there’s an update on the plugins, you will need to update it by yourself on your site backend.
2.4 Renewal
All wpapps plugins are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew each year on the anniversary of the purchase date. This applies to all paid-for extension licenses. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to use your prepaid hours to ask for plugin support.
2.5 Warranty
Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our plugins.
We do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes, or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using all wpapps plugins. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.
We do not provide a money-back guarantee for any plugin that has been purchased.
3. Monthly/Yearly Subscription Renewal
3.1 Billing
All of our subscriptions and renewal will be automatically billed to your account. If there’s a problem with the automation, we will inform you and send an invoice manually to your email. We will automatically bill the subscription until you cancel it. We will suspend/stop our service if we have not received your payment until the due date.

By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
